LONDON -- The Latest on European soccer transfers (all times local):---00:05 a.m.France midfielder Moussa Sissoko has moved to Tottenham from Newcastle on a five-year deal.Sissoko has spent the past three years at Newcastle but was unable to prevent its relegation from the Premier League last season.In a video message to the fans on Spurs twitter account, Sissoko says Im happy to be here. De Jong will also receive a bonus of 250,000 euros bonus if he plays 25 matches, and 5,000 euros for every goal he scores in the Turkish league and European competitions.De Jong moved to Major League Soccer in February after spending four seasons at AC Milan.
